Change happens every day – in a good way.
– John Rose, Cyber Architecture & Engineering
I had a really great job and it paid really well, but it was a bit stale. I needed a challenge, so, when DarkMatter came along, I couldn’t say "no."
We’re not a startup anymore, but there’s still the opportunity to actually influence how things are done. And I like the way that it’s dynamic from day to day. It’s different; you really can’t plan. As for the clients and the systems that we work on – I thought I worked on complex systems for the Australian government or the utilities that I used to focus on, but this is an order of magnitude greater.
What does it take to succeed at Darkmatter?
It’s a team game; we’re all team players, so you would have to be team oriented. Being a dynamic environment, you’d need to embrace change; change happens every day – in a good way.
